The following terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this Site. Pricing

All prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. dollars. The pricing available on this Site is for information purposes only for use by Golani's customers and potential customers and subject to change/verification. Golani's prices and the availability of Golani products or services are subject to change without notice. While Golani strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Golani cannot confirm the price of any Golani product or service until after an order is placed. If a product or service is listed on the Site at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Golani shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product or service, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your account charged. If a product or service is mispriced, Golani may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. The risk of loss and title for all products purchased by you and shipped by us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier for shipment.

Order Acceptance

Golani reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. Due to the customized nature of the goods sold by Golani, you will be charged upon authorization of your payment method and verification of your order information for accuracy. Among the circumstances that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by Golani's credit and fraud avoidance department. Golani may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Golani will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your payment has been received, Golani will issue a credit to your account in the amount of the charge.
